How to get OpenH264 working on CentOS 7?

Just installed CentOS 7 and while it works for ~90% of the things I want to do (video editing and 3D compositing), I seem to be unable to get Netflix working in the default Firefox. I don't see much hope in compiling my own Firefox, so after a bit of research I found that the Fedora project supplies an OpenH264 repository. When I tried to enable that (copied it and the GPG key over from my Fedora 25 installation) I got errors complaining about libstdc++, so that didn't work. I then tried to get the SRPM from that repo to build it myself, but no luck there either since that SRPM redirects me to a dead URL.
My last step was trying to fetch the source directly from Github, but that won't build because it thinks my system is ARM based. I'm pretty sure it's running some (relatively old) Intel Xeons. So, no dice there either.
Is there anyone who has OpenH264 (and thus Netflix) up and running in CentOS 7? If so, how?

This error is thrown with every project I try to compile that's more than just a basic hello world. No idea where this is coming from, it's a fresh CentOS install and I can't really find any ARM specific GCC binaries.
